Analyste d'affaires - Projets et données

L’Analyste d’Affaires sera responsable de contribuer à l’amélioration continue et la modernisation des processus d’affaires d’une entreprise évoluant dans le domaine de la distribution au détail Faciliter et Animer des ateliers de co-création des processus d'affaires • Collaborer étroitement avec l 'équipe transformation ERP et le département d’intelligence d’affaires • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions réalistes basées sur la transformation en cours (ERP, IA, automatisation, BI, etc.) • Procéder à l’extraction et l’analyse de différentes sources de données (KPI, SQL, EXCEL, etc.) • Contribuer à la gestion du projet de transformation globale en cours et en fournissant des analyses coûts – bénéfices et de gestion du risque • Participer à la gouvernance du portefeuille d’initiatives : suivi des projets, évaluation de la valeur d’affaires, 5+ années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste d’affaires amélioration continue • Expérience professionnelle en contexte de transformation globale, amélioration continue et d’acquisition • Bonne connaissance des processus informatisées (ERP, BI, IA, Etc.) • BAC en administration, informatique de gestion ou l’équivalent • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) The Business Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement and modernization of business processes within a company operating in the retail distribution sector.

Analyze and map existing business processes (As-Is / To-Be) • Facilitate and lead co-creation workshops for business process design • Work closely with the ERP transformation team and the business intelligence department • Identify and implement realistic solutions aligned with the ongoing transformation (ERP, AI, automation, BI, Extract and analyze data from various sources (KPIs, SQL, Excel, etc.) • Support the management of the ongoing enterprise-wide transformation project by providing cost-benefit and risk analysis • Participate in the governance of the initiative portfolio: monitor project progress, assess business value, 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in continuous improvement • Professional experience in enterprise-wide transformation, continuous improvement, and acquisition contexts • Strong knowledge of digital processes (ERP, BI, AI, etc.) • Experience in retail and/or distribution sectors (strong asset) • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent • Bilingualism required (French and English) &##
