Warm, playful nanny for our 3 mo old daughter - our family

We're a friendly, progressive family seeking a warm, playful nanny for our 3-mo old girl starting at 3 weekdays (9a-3p, flexible w/ days/times/pay for a good fit). My husband and I work from home, we value attachment parenting and are looking for someone who lights up around babies and engages with playfulness, songs, etc.

Requirements: Infant experience (sleep, developmental play), reliable car (north Gahanna, 43230), current flu+COVID vaccines, references, comfort w/ us working from home (bonus points for Spanish or ASL!).
