Key Responsibilities
1. T24 Application Support & Maintenance
Oversee daily T24 production support, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Monitor and resolve T24 incidents, service requests, and user issues within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with Temenos vendor (Aspire) and internal teams for bug fixes, patches, and enhancement deliveries.
Manage version upgrades and environment refreshes (e.g., DEV, UAT, and PROD).
Maintain configuration control, parameterization, and application setup consistency across environments.
2. Business Requirements & System Enhancements
Work closely with the business and operations teams to capture and document new requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with Aspire and internal developers to ensure accurate delivery of solutions.
Validate functional specifications (FS) and conduct impact analysis on existing modules before deployment.
Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring all changes meet documented requirements.
3. Project Management & Coordination
Support ongoing projects such as EasyBuy Installment Sales data migration and other product implementations.
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Escalate issues or delays to IT Head and vendor management when required.
Participate in planning and prioritizing system enhancements aligned with business strategy.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain documentation for T24 system changes, releases, and patch deployments.
Prepare management reports on incidents, requests, and ongoing initiatives.
Ensure all system changes follow internal change management and risk governance policies.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams for T24 access control reviews and regulatory requirements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Credit, and Risk departments for system improvements and automation.
Act as a subject matter expert for T24-related functionalities and integrations (e.g., payments, AML, GL, lending, etc.).
Support IT Head in vendor evaluations, system upgrades, and capacity planning.
