Wealth Relationship Manager (Wealth RM) Role: Wealth Relationship Manager Department: Wealth Location: Delhi/NCR/Lucknow/Jammu/Mohali/Ludhiana/Bareilly/Gorakhpur To acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent / high-net-worth clients by providing tailored wealth management solutions, delivering superior customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth Acquire new affluent / HNI clients through referrals, market visits, and networking.
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Deepen wallet share by cross-selling wealth and banking products.

Relationship Management Build strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide investment advisory.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking & investment needs.

Wealth Advisory & Financial Planning Understand client risk profile, financial goals, and investment preferences.
Recommend suitable products such as: Mutual Funds PMS / AIF Bonds, Debentures, Structured Products Insurance (Life/General) Equity / Broking Ensure proper documentation, suitability assessment, and compliance.

Revenue Generation Drive revenue through advisory, investment products, and banking products.
Deliver on fee income, AUM growth, and cross-sell productivity.
