Agency Info Security Professional 2 Position Overview:

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our IT Support Program Management team as an Agency Information Security Professional 2. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in protecting the systems and data that support OOD’s mission of empowering Ohioans with disabilities through employment and independence.

In this position, you will help lead the development and enforcement of security policies that protect personal computing devices, networks, and software applications across the agency. You’ll work closely with IT leadership to improve security operations, guide team members, and ensure that our practices align with state and federal standards, including those from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Your work will include monitoring for vulnerabilities, supporting incident response efforts, and helping to maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
