Role : Senior Database Architect (Oracle & MS SQL Server)

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Required Experience:

Must 10+ years experience required. Required Skills:

Must Have 7+ years of Experience in a Oracle DBA.

Must Have 7+ years of Experience in IT IS_AMS_Database_MS SQL Server. Key Responsibilities:

OracleMS SQL

Advanced Performance Tuning Analyzing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

High Availability and Disaster Recovery.

Database Upgrades and Migrations.

Security Management- Implementing and enforcing robust database security measures, including advanced auditing, encryption (TDE).

Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Diagnosing and resolving highly complex and critical database issues.

Capacity Planning and Architecture Design - storage allocation, hardware sizing, and ensuring scalability and future growth.

Preparing future technology Roadmap.

Automation and Scripting Developing and maintaining complex shell scripts.

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing Providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior DBAs.

Collaboration with Development Teams Working closely with application development teams to optimize database design.

Skill Requirements

Must Have 7-12 Years of Experience in Oracle Database Administration and Solution Architect.

Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Database Strong experience in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and HADR solutions.

Strategic thinking, leadership, and solution architecture skills.

Knowledge of licensing and cost controls.
