Primary Responsibilities:
Explain, Present and Analyze the current client performance on various Metrics. investigates trends and issues and provides explanations and interpretations within the lines of business that they support
Provide Trends Analysis with supporting policies and procedures, solutions to provide meaningful insights and recommendations on historic and future performance to stakeholders
Prepares reports to internal and client supports
Helps operations in increasing efficiency and effectiveness by providing data that will help them improve processes and procedures
Be able to customize operational and strategic reports based on project goals and client requirements
Can deliver timely reports and analytics to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities
Compile results in a concise, meaningful, and actionable format and share findings with end user of reports
Collaborate with operations team to identify and document the root-cause that will be needed to generate intelligent reports and formulate steps for Process Improvement and excellence
Work with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean, analyze and represent data from variety of sources

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in Reporting
Experience in Reporting, Data Management and Analysis
Advanced skills or expertise in MS Excel, Power BI and Python
Proven excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Proven solid communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create as well as deliver meaningful reports/ dashboards
Proven team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
