The Licensed Clinical Therapist plays a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Valid and active state license to practice as a Clinical Therapist or equivalent (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
Demonstrated experience providing clinical therapy to diverse populations.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client goals.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Stay current with developments in clinical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing clinical practice and client confidentiality.
