Nurse Manager – Endoscopy / GI - Inpatient & Outpatient - Level 1 Trauma Center
As a Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the nursing staff on a busy Endoscopy Unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the unit. This includes supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, working collaboratively with leadership and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Must have Registered Nurse license in PA with BSN, MSN preferred
SGNA preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a prior leadership role
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Endoscopy experience
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice
Working in PASNAP organization preferred
Unit Operations
Manage the daily operations of high acuity patients in both an outpatient and inpatient Endoscopy Unit at a level 1 Trauma Center
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Work closely with leadership and physicians to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient care centered care in accordance with the established standards and protocols.
