Pay: $46/hour

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team on a project in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing crews, and a proven track record of delivering quality electrical work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols

Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (Texas preferred)

Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

Previous foreman or supervisory experience

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Reliable transportation and tools
