Currently, we have an opportunity for a Senior New Accounts/Customer Service Representative/Universal Banker with a bank ranked among the best-performing in the country, dedicated to meeting the banking needs of its clients and making a positive difference in the communities it serves.

Senior New Accounts/Customer Service Representative/Universal Banker responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.

Processing all new account and cash transactions.

Generating new business to help the branch meet its goals.

Required qualifications for the position include:

A minimum of 2 years of banking teller experience.

Experience in opening consumer and basic business accounts.

Strong customer service skills.

Proficiency with computers.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $22.05 – $28.00/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
