Job Description

The sales associate salary will vary depending on the person. We start a sales associate at an hourly rate until trained (usually 90 days or less) then transition to a base pay plus commission which is different on appliances and furniture. Other bonuses available. Payroll is issued every two weeks. The annual salary shown in pay range includes commission. Point of sale experience. Sending customers to service center by phone.
