What We're Looking For

We are seeking both experienced carpenters and highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work efficiently, take direction well, and maintain a high standard of quality in your work.

Experienced Carpenters: You should have a solid understanding of residential construction practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Framing walls, floors, and roofs.

Installing windows, doors, and trim.

Reading and interpreting blueprints.

Ensuring work is completed safely and to code.

Motivated Apprentices: If you're new to the field, we are ready to teach you. We’ll provide on-the-job training in all aspects of residential carpentry. You should be a quick learner, have a positive attitude, and be physically able to handle the demands of construction work.
