Randstad is seeking motivated and experienced Financial Services Representatives to join a premier client in the financial services industry. In this essential hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact, providing high-level support and expert guidance to the client's members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals.
This position is located in Columbus, Ohio, requiring 2 days per week in the office. Local candidates are preferred as relocation cost reimbursement is not available
Initial schedule for training is 9am -5:30pm Monday - Friday. Once training is complete, you will need to be available to work a variable schedule, Monday - Friday from 8am – 11pm and Saturday 9am – 6pm. salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members. You will field complex inquiries, providing comprehensive support across the full range of product suites, including both current and legacy offerings.
Educate customers on crucial financial topics such as tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation, and plan/contract benefits.
Interpret and apply daily changes and enhancements to product policies ensuring all interactions and advice comply with strict FINRA, professional licensure, company, and state/local regulations.
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, communications is highly preferred.
One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations. Experience in financial services, insurance or related fields is desired.
Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
Solid understanding of the state and local laws necessary to understand the legal implications of certain product features in different states.
Understanding of FINRA rules and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others. Proficiency with computers and common office software.The essential functions of this role include:
