Job Description

SENIOR ARCHITECT (Licensed)

Superior knowledge of construction and building technology, strong knowledge leadership, focus on quality control, and mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities include

Experience and knowledge will be applied to the review of projects under development and the development of standardized details for office wide distribution.

Project Management and staff education and mentoring are also other areas of primary focus.

Requirements for this position include having a professional degree in architecture, professional registration, and 10+ years of experience in the development of building details for construction and construction administration.

The candidate must also demonstrate knowledge of emerging trends in construction technology and materials. AIA Position

Description:

Professional degree in architecture, plus 10 years minimum of related experience.

Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.

Works closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans.

Coordinates with the Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery.

Some experience with Healthcare Design is required.

Experience with Science and Technology, Higher Ed, or Workplace Design is a plus.

Professional degree in Architecture is required. (Bachelor or Masters of Architecture)

Experience working with Healthcare clients in Columbus area is a plus.Company Description
