Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Real Estate & Eminent Domain in Columbus, OH
An established firm based in Columbus with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with real estate and eminent domain litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $95,000-$125,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio.
Minimum two years of experience in litigation.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and desire to grow as a valued member of a litigation team.
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Emotional intelligence and humility.
Responsibilities:
Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents.
Represent clients in litigation matters related to real estate and eminent domain.
Collaborate with team members and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
