Dean Allied Health Sciences

Position: Dean - Allied Health Sciences Location: Rayat Bahra University, Mohali Key Responsibilities: Lead curriculum development, academic planning, and implementation as per UGC and regulatory standards.

Ensure high-quality teaching, learning outcomes, and student success metrics.

Promote a strong research culture with publications, projects, patents, and collaborations.

Facilitate faculty research proposals and partnerships with industry/government bodies.

Mentor, guide, and evaluate faculty performance.

Facilitate training, FDPs, and academic enhancement programs.

Drive accreditations (NAAC/NBA) and compliance with statutory bodies.

Implement policies that enhance academic reputation and rankings.

Oversee admissions, student affairs, timetables, examinations, and department operations.

Build strong ties with industry, universities, and research organizations.

Support internships, placements, and skill development initiatives.

Ensure efficient use of resources and contribute to annual planning and budgeting.

Eligibility (UGC Norms): Ph.D is mandatory from a recognized university.

At least 15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.

Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience as a Dean or Principal.

Strong academic credentials with a proven track record of research, publications, and institutional development.
