Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Westerville, OH, for the current school year (CSY). This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialized speech and language services to a diverse student population, supporting their communication development within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs.

Provide direct therapy services and consultations to students, teachers, and parents.

Collaborate with educational staff to support students academic and social communication goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.

Eligibility or licensure for Speech-Language Pathologist in a pediatric setting.

Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.

Experience working as a school-based SLP or with K-12 populations.

Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in children and adolescents.

Ability to work effectively in a contract role for the duration of the current school year.
