Day-to-Day Responsibilities
A leading home health provider is seeking a full-time Hospice RN Manager to oversee all clinical operations for its program. The provider is a small, close-knit community, and the RN Manager will have a direct line to the owner, with the capability to implement change and make an impact on the organization as a whole. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating clinical activities; monitoring staff performance; ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; and maintaining a safe, high-quality care environment.
Must Haves:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
4+ years of hospice case management experience OR 2+ years as a Hospice RN Manager
1+ years of RN Management experience is heavily preferred
Strong understanding of hospice regulations and compliance standards
Experience with onboarding, training, and supervising clinical staff
Ability to make home visits 10% of the time for staff training and occasional home patient visits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCompany Description
