Salary $320k

Paid time off - 20 days (earn 13.34 hours per monthly pay)

Extended time off - eligible for

up to 130 days of full salary continuation for personal illness after 6 months of employment

Paid parental and military leave

Paid holidays - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day

Continuing medical education- 15 days and $4,500 CME funds

Fully paid relocation

401k - Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
