_The Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for performing complex machine/electrical maintenance service and repair._ **Duties and Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling, and malfunctions + Operate personnel lifts + Perform all repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards + Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas + Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production + Use hand and power tools + Move equipment + Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering + Manage maintenance supplies and maintain supply inventory + Order spare parts and supplies and rebuild machines as required + Routine electronic machine maintenance and upkeep + Replace electrical motors and components + Wire machines + Install new equipment + Design components and fabricate + Design and install guarding + Troubleshoot and replace electronic boards and digital and analog CNC drives + Basic Robotics + Train team members + Adhere to all safety requirements + Practice 5Ss **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints + Certified fork lift operator + Welding + Industrial electricity/wiring **Education and Experience Requirements** + 40 semester hours of industrial Trade Training or 5 years general maintenance experience + Qualified electrician and basic electronics _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
