Job Title: Client Relations Manager

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $77,000 annually
Position Summary
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the legal document processing team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, document management expertise, and the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy within a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a legal document processing team of 5 or more employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Oversee workflow and ensure that all client deliverables meet firm quality and formatting standards.
Create, edit, and format legal documents according to firm specifications using a variety of software applications.
Convert, clean, and format documents between multiple file types while ensuring data integrity.
Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
Prepare and edit Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents for legal filings.
Perform data entry using various firm systems and applications.
Transcribe digital or analog dictation files as needed.
Restore and recover corrupted document files when required.
Conduct quality control checks on all projects prior to client delivery.
Foster strong client relationships through responsive communication and consistent service excellence.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing a legal document processing team (required).
Leadership: Experience managing a team of at least five people (preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in document processing, formatting, and related software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, legal document management systems).
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and quality control in document preparation and review.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Compensation
Actual Pay Range: $75,000 - $77,000 annually
