We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team onsite in Pasadena, CA.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how families experience youth sports across the country. You'll take ownership of major features across web and mobile, built with React, React Native, and Ruby on Rails. Your work will directly impact how millions watch and engage with the moments that matter most.

What You'll Do

Lead feature development across mobile and web-from architecture to production

Partner with design, product, and backend teams to drive cross-functional initiatives

Architect scalable APIs and backend systems using Ruby on Rails and AWS

Build performant, visually polished UIs that bring our design vision to life

Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation

Mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar

Contribute to product strategy with ideas that go beyond execution

What You Bring

BS in Computer Science or related field

6+ years of experience building and shipping apps with React Native and React

Strong full-stack skills, ideally including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS

Proven experience leading projects or mentoring engineers

Passion for crafting intuitive user experiences and scalable backend systems

Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus: Experience or interest in live video, streaming tech, or sports platforms
