At SSAB, the Electrical Maintenance operator is responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs through the plant.

Main Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.

Conduct inspections and evaluate equipment performance.

Use a preventive maintenance system and related work order system to track equipment performance.

Complete required training within designated timeframes and attend all required meetings.

Understand and support the company's goals and values and adhere to company, department, safety, quality, environmental, and ethics policies and procedures.

About You

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Good communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Good computer skills.

Preferred

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
