Description 5* Iconic Wine Estate based in Stellenbosch is currently recruiting for a Hostess on a fixed term seasonal contract to join their team and be the first point of contact for their guests in their fine dining restaurant.

Main purpose of the role will be to ensure & provide excellent guest relations and a pleasant dining experience to their guests.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS Must be a SA Citizen Grade 12 Completed tertiary hospitality training will be highly advantageous Preferably 1- 2 years previous hostess experience Impeccably groomed & comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele Good understanding of restaurant etiquette Excellent telephone etiquette Fluent in English Experience in managing restaurant reservations Competitive market-related salary on offer + gratuity Please send your resume/CV
