We are seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMA) to join our team! This position requires CMA certification; however, you will work in either CMA or CNA capacity based on the needs of the facility. CMA-only shifts may not be available.Introduction
We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality care to our residents across all shifts. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and provide ongoing support to ensure residents receive exceptional care. This role requires flexibility and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities
Administer medications as directed by licensed nursing staff
Monitor residents’ vital signs and report changes promptly
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of treatment
Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Certified Medication Aide (Kansas)
CNA or healthcare aide experience preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and medication schedules
