WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

This is a hands-on role in a growing team. Experience in interiors, retail, or customer service is helpful but not essential. We're looking for someone with a proactive attitude, clarity of thought, and a drive to complete tasks to a high standard.

The EU Client Services Representative role is multi-faceted and encompasses various activities to meet the needs of our EU clientele. You will act as a liaison between the company, clients, and our sales teams/agents, providing valuable product information and resolving problems with efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. Primarily the role focuses on trade sales order fulfilment, client relations, office administration and processing support to our sales team and clients within specified EU markets. Our CS Rep must also maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while increasing and adding value to the company. As this is a growing department, there are also opportunities and scope for future career development.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process all trade enquiries and orders from EU clients and agents.

Provide full sales administration support to EU clients and agents, including new account setup, sample and book orders, and resolving accounting or payment queries.

Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and International Sales Director to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with European agents, responding proactively to their needs.

Take ownership of orders from start to finish, ensuring lead times are met, delivery is smooth, and after-sales service is provided.

Liaise with internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting) across multiple time zones to support order fulfilment.

Prioritise daily tasks and follow-ups, keeping clients updated on order progress.

WHO YOU ARE:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English. French

Fluent in written and spoken French

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Comfortable liaising with clients, agents and internal teams via phone where needed
