Product Owner SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Product Owner SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) (m/f/d) in our IT & Digital division in the IT Cluster Marketing in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.
The IT & Digital division at the DFB consists of the four product clusters "Sport", "Marketing", "Internal Systems" and "Clubs/Associations". The "Marketing" product cluster includes all products and projects for marketing in the B2B and B2C environment. Central products are, for example, the fussball.de platforms including Promateur and DFB.de as well as the eCommerce fan store and the ticketing app.
As Product Owner SAP CDC and CDP, you have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the SAP CRM products SAP CDC and CDP. You will develop the vision and maintain the concepts and roadmap for the products. You will also work closely with the relevant stakeholders to clearly define and implement the product strategy. In your role, you ensure that product concerns are implemented consistently, reliably and transparently. You maximize the added value of the products for B2C customers, taking into account the overall portfolio, and work to optimally market the products and increase revenues. You will also be responsible for budget planning and control to ensure the financial profitability of the products. You will prioritize the work of the development team to ensure that resources are used efficiently and project goals are met. Another important aspect is coordinating the roadmaps with the interfaces to other marketable systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal marketing.
Your tasks
Responsibility for the further development and coordination of B2C and CRM-relevant processes within the SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Development of concepts and strategies to increase data value creation for the DFB
Interface management and coordination with external service providers and internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects
Maintenance, cleansing and enrichment of customer data in the CDP database to ensure data quality and compliance
Supporting user support at a technical level and helping to resolve complex queries
Processing of data requests and support with data protection-related issues in accordance with the GDPR
Analysis of requirements from DFB departments, prioritization of features and creation of user stories in close cooperation with development teams
Continuous optimization of processes and workflows related to customer data management and marketing automation
Monitoring KPIs, creating reports and deriving recommendations for action to improve customer interactions and data qualityYour profile
Completed (technical) university degree (at least Bachelor) in Business Administration (with specialization in IT)
At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a product owner
You have in-depth knowledge of web applications and apps as well as general knowledge of CRM systems and UX methods/design
You have knowledge of CSS and HTML
You already have experience in project management
You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
You are solution- and service-oriented
