We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing Aerospace Engineering team. The role is focused on supporting the introduction of new part numbers, supplier qualifications, and manufacturing documentation optimization.

You will collaborate closely with design, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to establish robust and compliant production processes, ensuring that all manufacturing deliverables meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation (process routings, work instructions, assembly procedures, and control plans).

Support supplier qualification by validating supplier processes, documentation, and capability data.

Conduct PFMEAs, process capability studies, and risk assessments to verify supplier readiness.

Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring documentation is ready prior to production release.

Provide technical support during FAI (First Article Inspections), PPAPs, and supplier audits.

Collaborate with design and quality teams to address manufacturability and process improvement opportunities.

Continuously enhance manufacturing documentation standards and tools to improve traceability, efficiency, and quality.

Ensure all processes comply with aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, and LTTS quality policies. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

5-10 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in the Aerospace industry.

Strong knowledge of supplier qualification, NPI, and manufacturing documentation control.

Hands-on experience with PFMEA, FAI, PPAP, and process validation.

Understanding of AS9100, NADCAP, or similar aerospace quality standards.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional and supplier interactions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. Nice to Have

Experience working with major aerospace OEMs or suppliers

Exposure to supplier development or supplier quality engineering.

Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
