We're growing fast and are looking for an experienced Tooling Mold Maker to help us keep quality at the core of everything we do.What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers):\nHighly skilled with electrode design and machining.\nBuild and repair molds that power our presses and production.\nTame the machines: CNCs, lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs—you name it.\nDecode blueprints and engineering drawings like a pro.\nRecommend improvements to make our tools even better.\nPrep molds for production with pinpoint precision.\nUse software to check 3D designs and bring them to life.\nMeasure twice (maybe three times) and cut once—accuracy is key.\nTeam up with our Tooling Manager and leads to troubleshoot and perfect.\nKeep detailed notes and records on tool performance and maintenance.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nJourneyman Tool & Die Maker status—this isn't your first rodeo.\n\n5-10 years of plastic injection mold experience.\nCAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM knowledge?

Yes, please.\nBonus points for experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Charmilles, and Okuma.\nMechanical know-how and the muscle to lift 50 lbs when needed.\nTech-savvy mindset and sharp attention to detail.\nTeam spirit with strong communication chops.\n\nPay That Reflects Your Skills: $46.24 - $52.00/hour (Based on experience)Why You'll Love It Here:We're big on balance.
