Required Skills & Qualifications

7-15 years of experience in developing database utilities using PL/SQL for large databases.

Proven track record in implementing large databases in Oracle.

Strong experience in Oracle packages, procedures, functions, and analytics functions.

Experience developing and maintaining PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 19c/21c.

Experience in performance tuning, including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code. Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with front-end developers.

Experience contributing to enterprise project deliveries, preferably within a financial institution.

Experience with object databases and other relational databases.

Experience migrating to CI/CD with SDM platform (Horizon/BitBucket/Artifactory/etc).

Oracle Exadata experience.

Ability to understand client requirements, come up with story-level design, and translate into deliverables.

Python experience.

Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reusable development standards for implementing solutions and/or enhancements to existing systems.

Provide code reviews and mentoring across multiple agile teams.

Read code in multiple languages and inspect infrastructure to thoroughly understand the current state before requesting or implementing changes.

Participate in agile methodology JIRA story grooming and execution.

Learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks.
