9 years of experience in Business analysis

Strong experience in documentation and workflow creation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Experience working in small, agile teams or startup environments Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with diverse project management methodologies

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Background in business process improvement Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements

Write detailed test cases and formal documentation including workflows

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

Manage project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
