Quality technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented and active Quality Technician to join our 1st shift production team. This is not a desk job. You will be the on-floor expert, spending your day walking the plant, working hands-on with our production team, and ensuring every part we fabricate meets our high standards for precision and excellence.

Your primary mission will be to read and interpret complex blueprints and use precision measuring tools to inspect parts at all stages of production. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be in the middle of the action, has a sharp eye for detail, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing. We have a clear growth path and are committed to training and promoting from within.

salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
