Position Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, fast-learning, solutions-driven professional to assist with the maintenance and development of our current and future Cost Intelligence Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, take part in onboarding and training and present material at user group meetings. This person will play a critical role in the development of our web-based costing model, transforming current functionality and new client needs into detailed requirements, participating in user interface design and working closely with the development team to produce a state-of-the-art product for the LTL and TL trucking industries.

Essential Job Functions

Gather product feedback and understand business needs of both administrative and end users of the LTL and Truckload costing software

Prioritize, coordinate and maintain user requests

Document detailed logic requirements for the development team, including accounting and mathematical applications

Help test and approve completed development work

Represent the user in the designing and testing of user interface screens

Work closely with the development team and respond to questions

Assist with onboarding of new clients and system set-up

Assist with both on-site and virtual training of new clients

System documentation, User Manual updates, and general client instructions

Prepare and present informative material for prospective clients (demos), user group meetings and other events

Assist with general client support and troubleshooting as needed Qualifications/Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related degree from an accredited university or college required

MBA preferred

Hold a current Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or be willing to acquire one within first 6 months in position

5+ years with a transportation, third-party logistics or related industries preferred

2+ years of experience working in an agile environment preferred

Knowledge of operational networks and cost drivers for asset-based carriers a plus

Excellent technical and interpersonal skills

Demonstration of successful leadership

Ability to stay focused on long-term goals

Superb organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills and adept at making the complex easy to understand
