Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in backend development and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on expertise in Golang. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and deploying modern cloud-native applications.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

Design and implement efficient backend services using Golang and MySQL

Architect scalable systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability

Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Develop robust APIs and modular microservices to support flexible system integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions Required Skills

Golang: Strong proficiency in Go for backend development

MySQL: Experience designing and optimizing relational databases

System Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable and resilient systems

Docker: Expertise in containerization for streamlined development and deployment

AWS: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services

API & Microservices: Solid background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Version Control: Proficiency with Git or similar tools

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Security Best Practices: Knowledge of secure coding and infrastructure practices

Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams Nice-to-Have Skills

PHP: Experience with PHP for legacy system support

Healthcare/Payment Industry Experience: Familiarity with domain-specific challenges

Compliance Standards: Understanding of HIPAA, PII, and PCI DSS regulations

Infrastructure as Code: Experience with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
