Inventory Associate 1 (Service Parts & E-Commerce Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00/ Hr.

The Inventory Associate 1 (Service Parts & E-Commerce) supports the Sales Operations department with all material related functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Receive incoming materials from either external or internal suppliers.

Identify and stock materials, with the Haas part number and according to established procedures.

Process basic inventory transactions on the computer and/or app.

Perform cycle counts for area of responsibility.

Maintain aisles/work stations and housekeeping within the warehouse.

Process picking orders from daily schedule.

Process packing orders. • Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.

• Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a self-motivated person, who is committed to doing the best then can each day.

Experience using sit-downforklifts.

Needs to be detailed oriented and provide the highest level of service to customers.

Must be able to prioritize assignments throughout the day and be able to work several issues at a time.

Basic knowledge of Inventory control methods, i.e., cycle counting, FIFO & location audits.

Desired Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or high school equivalency (HSE) credential such as general education degree (GED) is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and safety rules; such as work instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

Mathematical Skills

Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. May need to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Must have the ability to solve practical problems.
