Warehouse Associate - Package Handler

Location: Dulles, VA

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Temporary Assignment November 9 - December 27

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight)

Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time Hours

SNI Companies is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Package Handlers for a seasonal assignment in Dulles, VA.

In this fast-paced and safety-focused environment, you'll play a key role in the movement and organization of packages - unloading trailers, sorting by zip code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Unload incoming trailers and sort packages accurately by destination

Load outgoing trucks efficiently and securely

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

Handle packages carefully to prevent damage Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures (hot or cold)

Must adhere to dress code and safety requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States Dress Code:

Plain shirt or T-shirt

Dark jeans

Closed-toed shoes (work boots recommended)

Gloves suggested for comfort and safety
