Location: 300 N. Vine, Horicon, WI 53032

Pay Rate Range:$35- $43

Work Schedule:1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.

Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.

Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.

May drive a JD Gator inside the factory after completing training.

May drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must be able to work 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.

2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level.

High level of GD&T experience.
