Automotive Service Shop Dispatcher

As a Service Shop Dispatcher, you will coordinate customer service appointments and ensure efficient operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors regarding job priorities and status updates

Manage workflow to ensure optimal utilization of service department resources

Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions

Coordinate with parts department and other staff to support service operations

Assist with used car write-ups and PDI's

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive service or dispatch role preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Clean driving record
