Who you are

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer service, live support, or client-facing roles is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Quick thinker, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, software platforms, and live communication systems.
