Join one of the worlds leading Trust & Safety teams and help keep online communities safe. As a Kurdish Content Moderator, you will review, classify, and take action on user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Review text, images, videos, profiles, and other user-generated content

Apply platform rules, safety protocols, and content policies

Classify, approve, or remove content based on guidelines

Identify high-risk or sensitive cases and escalate when necessary

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material professionally

Work in rotating shifts following Turkish labor regulations

Requirements

Fluent Kurdish + English B1

Experience in customer service or moderation is a plus

Ability to work morning/evening/night rotating shifts

High attention to detail and emotional resilience

Strong sense of responsibility and policy compliance

On-site availability in Turkey

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: 26,500 TL
