Expect your typical day as a Personal Lines Sales Consultant to be focused on the following initiatives:
New Business:Expand personal insurance book of business through prospecting, outreach, and quarterly networking events. Meet or exceed new business goals with a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
Networking:Engage with community and professional organizations to expand visibility and referral opportunities. Represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients, delivering concierge-level service. Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and renewal strategies. Conduct annual stewardship meetings and maintain upkeep of client correspondence and documentation in agency management system QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Property & Casualty license required
3+ years managing a personal insurance book of business
2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Extensive knowledge of personal insurance underwriting and claims
Understanding of tax and legal implications of Personal Lines products
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Epic or Applied Solutions exposure preferred ABOUT US
