Salary: Circa £55,000 commensurate on skills and experience
Referral Scheme Bonus: £1000
Grade: GG11

What you’ll be doing:
Accountability for delivery of projects to budget, time and quality
Tracking and driving project financials, including CRSs, invoicing, and monitoring spend versus forecast
Utilising experience in risk management to address project risks effectively
Applying good commercial acumen to project activities
Ensuring adherence to essential procedures based on personal knowledge of Project Management principles
Multitasking effectively and provide clear direction, guidance, and support to project teams
Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively
Your skills and experiences:
Recognised as a Project Manager practitioner with project delivery experience
Ability to resolve project related problems that do not have routine solutions
Commercially and financially astute with experience in financial reporting and managing budgets
Knowledge of good bid practice and process
Possesses strong and refined communication and diplomacy skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders
Working towards a Professional PM Qualification or equivalent practical experience gained through application of Project Management

The Analysis and Design team:
This is a key management role within the Analysis and Design team, driving the successful delivery of the T26 training programme. You’ll lead projects to budget, schedule, and quality, applying good commercial acumen and project management expertise to manage financials, CRSs, invoicing, and forecasts.
You’ll use your experience in risk management to address issues proactively, ensure adherence to essential project procedures, and provide clear direction across multiple workstreams. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective collaboration and delivery.
