Hours Monday- Friday 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Wage: $21.00 to $25.00 based on experience

Trimming Cell Set-up Tech

Responsible for the safety, training, direction, and performance of all production trim cell personnel.

Ensure proper startup, operation, and shutdown of all trim cell equipment.

Troubleshoot trim cell equipment and processes; perform minor repairs as needed.

Complete required preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.

Monitor equipment condition and operating parameters; inspect for damage or problems and communicate issues through tooling work orders and/or COGZ requests.

Participate in tear-downs and setups of all trim cell equipment, including:

3-axis and 5-axis routers

Robotic trim cells

Clicker presses

Hand-routing and trimming equipment

Produce qualified First Parts.

Communicate production proficiency issues to appropriate personnel.

Accurately complete required daily paperwork and monitor/approve production personnel documentation.

Maintain clean equipment and a safe, organized work area, ensuring compliance with AIB, ISO, and Lean practices.

Monitor equipment to ensure standard production rates are met; intervene to correct procedures or equipment use when needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience operating manufacturing equipment

Experience meeting production goals

Exposure to or experience with high-speed automated equipment and processes
