Location: Memphis, Tennessee (38104)

Healthcare Setting: Large hospital, Level 1 trauma center

Assignment Type: Travel Nursing

Unit: Emergency Room (ER)

Start Date: December 15, 2025

End Date: March 16, 2026

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Nursing Shift: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:00am)

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 – $1,910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience with previous travel assignment, or 3 years ER experience without travel

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state (NLC compliant)

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher

Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)

Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

Experience in large hospital and Level 1 trauma center preferred

Cerner charting experience preferred

At least one completed previous travel nursing assignment

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment

Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and urgency

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Float between similar units and campuses within 20 miles as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR (preferred)

Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if scheduled during assignment
