Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800 / Year DOE
Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
Travel daily to customer sites across the Los Angeles area to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on equipment
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain peak performance
Deliver exceptional on-site service and training to customers, reinforcing the company's reputation for excellence
Log service reports, parts usage, and customer communication through Salesforce CRM
Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment to the highest standards
Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with service teams and technical trainers
Occasionally travel outside the region for specialized projects or training
Field Service Technician Requirements:
3+ years of experience maintaining or repairing industrial, printing, or manufacturing equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout Southern California
Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or mechatronics a plus
Technical or vocational training preferred but not required
