Position: Utility Associate

Pay Range: $17.00

Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary

The Floater/Utility Associate provides flexible support across the warehouse, filling in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and familiarity with identifying different shipping carriers and labels.

Key Responsibilities

Fill in across various warehouse tasks as needed, including picking orders, gathering carts, labeling packages, and attaching packing slips.

Assist with loading packages off the line and preparing shipments.

Identify and correctly handle packages based on carrier labels (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Support the warehouse team by completing additional duties as assigned.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Basic familiarity with shipping carriers and label identification.

Must be reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but training can be provided for motivated candidates.
