Client Relationship Manager – MDC Property Management / MDC Realty
Compensation: ~$20/hour
Schedule: Full-time preferred, open to part-time (2–3 days/week)
Experience Needed: Minimal — we’ll train.
Location: Columbus, OH (remote-friendly depending on role specifics)

You’ll be the voice clients hear first. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, friendly, and comfortable on the phone. You don’t need a deep real estate background — just professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine interest in eventually growing within real estate or property management.
What You’ll Do
Return inbound owner and tenant calls with a calm, confident demeanor.
Follow up with online inquiries and leads to keep conversations moving.
Assist with lease signings, renewals, and paperwork coordination.
Update CRM notes, AppFolio records, and follow simple workflows.
Coordinate basic next steps with leasing, maintenance, or management staff.
Support customer onboarding and answer common questions.
Ensure clients always feel heard, informed, and taken care of.
