The Role:
You’ll take charge of managing leads, motivating reps, driving performance, and closing deals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to lead from the front. You will work closely with the Director and Operations team to drive results and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and train telesales agents, sales reps and canvassers
Allocate appointments from inbound and outbound leads
Track sales pipeline through CRM (HubSpot) and produce weekly reports
Help reps close on warm/hot leads when necessary
Attend customer appointments when required to support reps or close high-value jobs
Monitor performance targets (weekly/monthly) and report to Director
Maintain high customer service and brand reputation standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role (ideally in home improvements or B2C)
Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills
Excellent understanding of the full sales cycle, especially high-ticket home improvement sales
Comfortable managing and tracking results via CRM and Google Sheets
Clear communicator with excellent people skills
Energetic, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
