The Role:

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full order processing cycle – from customer sign-off through to installation. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders following surveyor and sales rep submissions

Manage project pipelines, ensuring timelines are tracked and met

Liaise with suppliers and fitters to ensure correct materials are ordered and delivered on time

Coordinate with the installations team to schedule jobs based on customer availability and job readiness

Update internal systems and CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with project and order information

Manage and track variations to original orders (e.g., colour changes, material upgrades)

Provide weekly reports on job progress, order delays, and pending actions

Assist with customer queries and support the operations team in ensuring smooth job completion

Take responsibility for filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate job records

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a similar role within construction, renovations, or home improvements

Solid understanding of materials, product types, and trade processes

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Strong communication – both written and verbal

A proactive attitude – taking ownership and finding solutions fast

Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), Google Sheets, and order tracking tools

High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

Desirable:

Experience liaising with tradespeople and understanding of site requirements

Ability to support with procurement or supplier negotiations

Knowledge of how to prepare installation packs and customer file documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
